Priya :: BABY

Here we go...Sweet baby PRIYA.

          First of all, ahhhh, it was so great getting out behind my camera.  IT has been TOO long!  I love it when I get to go out and shoot these lifestyle sessions.  They can be challenging yes, but patiences is a virtue ;)  There are no fancy props or posing, and baby and mom are both settled (for the most part) into their new lives.  However, I do come in (usually for a few hours) and disrupt things just a teeny tiny bit.  But gorgeous shots of babe with a sweet smile and bright eyes is totally worth it.   
        Second, there is absolutely nothing better than when clients continue to book me for all their major life milestones.  I am so thankful to Sheri and Kristen. I was there for their wedding, a 30th Birthday celebration and to photograph their first, little Sanjay. 
        Now (less than 2 years after their first) came along little Priya.  She has the sweetest name and is already gorgeous.  Here she is at 9 weeks old.

Time for Chirstmas

Here's a quick little peek from a shoot last weekend. 3 babies, 3 colds, and a wee bit tired....BUT they persevered or shall I say we (parents and photographer HA) persevered.  It sure does help to be super cute!

OH, and lets be creative! You could decorate a tree along a woodlands walk OR have a winter picnic with hot chocolate and marshmellows.  Ideas are ALWAYS welcome.

1st SNOW day!

These days my photography is a little less about snapping the PERFECT pic. If you have a little one on the move it's really just taking what you can get! HA!

Much to My surprise, we woke up this morning to a beautiful blanket of snow.  AND literally the day before, Emmerson's Grandma took her shopping for her very first snow suit!  SO, as dad was shoveling the driveway we headed on out for a first touch of snow.

The snow went straight into the mouth...and she loved it!

 

Did i mention we got a puppy! yup we're that crazy family with an 11 month old and a PUPPY!

Needless to say, LUCY enjoyed the snow too!
